-Post on Craigslist

-Add links in your blogs pointing to your new sites

By the end of day two, you should have a fully functioning website and an excellent start to having it indexed by major search engines. From there you can continue to submit your sites and build traffic. Stay away from crap traffic such as traffic exchanges, ffa pages, pop unders and all the other stuff various websites promise you. If it sounds too good to be true it is.
